Emu Tracks is unable to govern and monitor the everchanging requirements of each country pertaining to the importation of products and as a result, can not be responsible in the event that Customs or other local Government authorities refuse entry, destroy, lose, damage or return ordered goods.
Emu Tracks is also not responsible or liable for any fees, penalties or freight charges resulting from such actions. If goods are lost, damaged, destroyed, or returned as a result of local Government action, it is unlikely any part or full refund will be available and any decision will be at the total discretion of Emu Tracks.
International orders shipped from Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, fees levied by the destination country or extra-local delivery charges. The recipient is entirely responsible for payment of any such extra applicable fees levied once a shipment reaches the destination country.
