Other than the conditions outlined in the Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability which is limited at our option to either, re supply of the goods or services (or the equivalent goods or services) or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied again, Emu Tracks at its discretion may provide alternative arrangements which may or may not include partial or full refund minus any administration fees, credit card processing fees and/or handling fees.
